Design Organisation (DOA)

We are currently in the process of organizing the first Polish Design Organization able to design and approve on behalf of the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) minor modifications and minor repairs to any aircraft with a maximum take-off weight greater than 5700 kg.

ALL4JETS will focus on supporting Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisations and Part 145 maintenance organizations in terms of design and approval of minor modifications and repairs to:

  • Aircraft Interior Furnishings and Equipment
  • Airframe structure, made of both metal and composite materials
  • We will be also designing and approving changes to external liveries and interior arrangements.

Service Bulletins issued by us will be delivered with associated technical and operational manuals supplements. Kits needed to complete a given modification or repair will be provided by our own Production Organisation approved under EASA Part 21 Subpart G rules.

FAQ

Every modification applicable to aircraft with a maximum take-off weight above 5700 kg and not suitably approved by the manufacturer of that aircraft requires approval according to the provisions of EASA Part 21. This applies to both, aircraft used for commercial transport of passengers (eg. Airbus A320 or Boeing 787) and business or private aircraft (eg. Embraer Legacy or Bombardier Challenger).

In case of repairs, the approval is required only for those repairs that are not covered by the technical documentation of the aircraft manufacturer or to those that were not approved in other ways.

At the moment ALL4JETS does not provide such services. However, because of our experience, we will be glad to assist you in locating a suitably approved Design Organisation, help you determine the requirements and manage the process of applying for such modification and procuring the associated parts.
