Structures Workshop Certifying Staff

Responsibilities

  • Allocate and prioritise tasks and manage technical activities.
  • Ensure maintenance documentation is completed accurately and in accordance with company procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable aviation regulations.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised work environment.
  • Carry out aircraft structural repairs in accordance with approved maintenance data.
  • Certify completed maintenance work within the scope of your authorisation.

Our expectations

  • Technical education, preferably in aviation, aerospace, or a related engineering field.
  • English proficiency at a minimum B1/B2 level (spoken and written).
  • Proven experience performing aircraft structural repairs in accordance with approved maintenance data (e.g. SRM, CMM, AMM, Engineering Orders).
  • At least 2 years of experience in an aircraft structures workshop or a Heavy Maintenance environment.
  • Good knowledge of EASA Part-145 requirements and applicable aviation regulations.
  • Ability and willingness to share knowledge and support the development of less experienced team members.
  • Experience as an Inspector, Certifying Staff, or in a supervisory role will be considered an advantage.
  • Valid Category B driving licence.
