Composite Workshop Certifying Staff
Responsibilities
- Allocate and prioritise tasks and manage technical activities.
- Carry out aircraft structural repairs in accordance with approved maintenance data.
- Certify completed maintenance work within the scope of your authorisation.
- Ensure maintenance documentation is completed accurately and in accordance with company procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable aviation regulations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised work environment.
Our expectations
- Technical education, preferably in aviation, aerospace, or a related engineering field.
- English proficiency at a minimum B1/B2 level (spoken and written).
- Proven experience performing aircraft structural repairs in accordance with approved maintenance data (e.g. SRM, CMM, AMM, Engineering Orders).
- At least 2 years of experience in an aircraft structures workshop or a Heavy Maintenance environment.
- Good knowledge of EASA Part-145 requirements and applicable aviation regulations.
- Ability and willingness to share knowledge and support the development of less experienced team members.
- Experience as an Inspector, Certifying Staff, or in a supervisory role will be considered an advantage.
- Valid Category B driving licence.
