Key Responsibilities
As an Aviation Documentation Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our documentation processes. Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing and maintaining documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating with internal teams in creating documentation, gathering and organizing data.
- Ensuring all documentation meets the standards set by CAMO, PART-147, and Part 145 regulations.
- Supporting internal and external audits by providing comprehensive documentation records.
- Continuously updating and improving documentation processes for increased efficiency
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of CAMO, PART-147, and Part 145 regulations (prior experience is a plus but not mandatory).
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams (at least C1 level in English).
