Key Responsibilities

As an Aviation Documentation Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our documentation processes. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Managing and maintaining documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
    • Collaborating with internal teams in creating documentation, gathering and organizing  data.
    • Ensuring all documentation meets the standards set by CAMO, PART-147, and Part 145 regulations.
    • Supporting internal and external audits by providing comprehensive documentation records.
    • Continuously updating and improving documentation processes for increased efficiency

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of CAMO, PART-147, and Part 145 regulations (prior experience is a plus but not mandatory).
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams (at least C1 level in English).
  • Commitment to professional growth and development.
