A graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology majoring in the International MBA and postgraduate studies in Management at the University of Warsaw, former Member of the Management Board of ERA. From the beginning of his work, he has been working in airlines, where since 1997 he went through all career levels, including he dealt with ground operations, managed outstations and trained ground and technical personnel in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, he later served as a board member, where he oversaw flight operations, maintenance, continuing airworthiness management, flight and cabin crew and training. Then he served as the Vice President of Operations and Technical and Accountable Manager, where he managed flight operations, maintenance, FTO and continuing airworthiness departement. He participated in negotiations with aircraft OEM’s, negotiated contracts for the sale, purchase and leasing of aircraft. He also negotiated contract for the transportation of the government VIP’s in Poland on Embraer 175 aircraft. He subsequently gained experience at the global operator of medium and heavy helicopters and service station as sales director for Europe, all of Africa, Russia and former Soviet republics responsible for the development, marketing and sale of services.
