About us

ALL4JETS was founded in 2013 as an EASA Part-147 approved maintenance training organization. Since then, we have continuously expanded our capabilities to provide comprehensive support to the aviation industry.

Today, we operate in three main areas:

– Technical training for aircraft maintenance personnel (Part-147),

– Continuing airworthiness management (CAMO) and consulting – including ARC reviews (Part-CAMO) and technical consultancy,

– Aircraft maintenance services provided by ALL4JETS Technics (Part-145), covering line maintenance, borescope inspections of engines and APU, non-destructive testing (NDT) and components workshop.

Our mission is to deliver high-quality, reliable services based on expertise, experience, and a partnership approach. We cooperate with airlines, fleet owners, and technical organizations around the world.

Robert Grochowski

President & Chairman of the Board

Holds an Aviation Master Degree from Rzeszow University of Technology. He also graduated with MBA degree from Kozminski University in Warsaw. Andrzej Niderla

Chief Operating Officer (COO) of ALL4JETS, CEO of ALL4JETS Technics

He holds an Aeronautical Master Degree from Warsaw University of Technology and is a Project Management post-graduate from Kozminski University. While working for airlines, he gained experience in aircraft continuing airworthiness, engineering, and maintenance. He was involved in numerous projects related to aircraft deliveries and redeliveries, new aircraft type entry-into-service and certification of EASA Part-M and Part-145 organizations.
