Your Responsibilities

  • Acquiring, contacting, and maintaining ALL4JETS clients through email and phone communication, Linkedin, video calls, and meetings.
  • Generating potential leads, building pipelines, and managing transactions to win bids, inquiries, and projects.
  • Preparing offers and closing transactions by conducting attractive demonstrations and presentations of products that showcase the benefits of our solutions.
  • Providing professional advice to clients regarding ALL4JETS services, including technical support, mechanic training, engineering services, CAMO, engine borescope inspections, consulting, aircraft modifications, spare parts sales, rental of technical maintenance tools, and other services.
  • Collaborating with all departments and companies within ALL4JETS and providing feedback on products and services to improve processes and products.
  • Achieving established sales plans by timely and accurate recording, tracking, and reporting of sales activities and customer information through our CRM system.
  • Contacting clients identified by marketing as potential customers, managing the pipeline, and forecasting sales.

Expectation

  • Ability to sell technical support services at the level of vice president and director, manager.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position in the aviation industry, including aviation services such as technical support, technical training, engine borescope inspections, continuous airworthiness, and others.
  • Experience in developing new territories, including lead generation and client contacts.
  • Ability to maintain and achieve the sales budget.
  • Impeccable presence, developed interpersonal skills, excellent organization of work.
  • Fluent English in speeching and writing.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with customers.
  • Independence and determination in achieving set goals.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office suite and familiarity with CRM systems or willingness to learn them.
  • Creativity, desire for advancement, and willingness to take on challenges.
